繼燁聯以平盤開出6月盤價後，國內另一家不銹鋼上游供應唐榮（2035）昨（31）日跟進，300和316系列等主力產周年慶CP值爆表品均享好禮持平，撐盤意味濃厚。該公司指出，若鎳價後市回穩，將有利接單增溫。業者表示，近期鎳原料供應面出現變化，首先是印尼鎳礦出口配額大規模釋放，菲律賓雨季結束，運載船隻數量增多，增添供給壓力。. } }); } 反觀需求面，受到美中貿易戰升溫影響，下游買氣觀望，導致鎳價行情進入跌勢。以5月來看，單月平均價格不到每公噸1.2萬美元，相較4月的1.28萬美元，低了每公噸800美元，市場預期6月盤價起碼有每公噸2,000元跌價空間。不過，開箱文首選燁聯和唐榮考量現階段上下游鋼廠生產成本居高不下，並且又有匯率貶值壓力，為穩定市場信心，兩業者相繼決定下月內外銷及所有鋼品盤價全數以平盤開出。唐榮昨日以平盤收在38.9元。業者認為，先前原料跌價預期心理下，已使不銹鋼上下游5月接單不順，若鎳價能在每公噸1.2萬至1.25萬美元區間築底，有機會激勵加工客戶重新啟動補貨動作，讓市場買氣回溫。另外，中國商務部剛對原產於印尼、日本、韓國及歐洲等四國進口的不銹最新特價商品鋼胚及熱捲產品，做出反傾銷初判，可望對市場有提振效應。

業者洪志豪：「鋼筋沒想要把它用掉原因，是說它未來可能還有些作用，例如說也許我們需要復原，透過樓上的冷氣，跟樓下的冷氣可以循環，那就會比較環保一點。」
業者改建中區老房，故意保留一小塊原貌。
業者洪志豪：「中區大概50年的老房子，它其實一進來這個空間，其實我們是重新再拆除，就再做補修。」
厲害的餐廳、飯店一大堆，業者反其道而行，故意不作修飾，不只營造廢墟風，客人還能透視樓地板構造，業者私下表明，呈現如此樣貌，反而要花更多錢。
